was wondering if someone could help
my gecko started shedding a few days ago and the skin has gone from everywhere except his head, the skin covers his whole head, like a mask
looks like it is stopping him from opening his eye properly and he keeps licking it
the moist box is and has constantly been moist but looks like hes having a problem getting the rest of it off, any way i can help him out?

hi

hi we often have the same problems with our bearded dragons, what we do is to moist the area they are having problems with. Please do not attempt to peal the skin off as you will hurt them. If moisture does not work put a small bowl of water in there viv but not to much water as they are known to drown.
hope this helps.

Just damp a kitchen towel and gentle move the skin off its head.
