Hi guys,

Iam slightly worried about my singapore. Had her for about 8 months and she has only eaten two prey items since i got her. She is well cared for, lives in a hollowed out log, has lots to climb on and tank is misted 3 times a week with a full waterbowl.

Seems very very docile for a singapore, almost lazy!!

Is slightly darkened in colour so may be a good sign.

iam actually quite worried

Any advice??

From what ive read, and personal experience, these guys tend to be quite fussy about their environment. Mine was a poor feeder when i had her in a sandwich box, but since moving her into a faunarium (much more ventilation and more frequent spraying) shes been a monster!!

Try tweaking her environment slightly - she may prefer it slightly warmer or cooler, wetter or dryer, or different ventilation/spraying balance.
