Need a website building for your breeding project, or anything else for that matter? I can knock you up a site to your specification, including logo design, etc if need be. All in exchange for female royal morphs. I'm looking for CB11 that take defrost, pins, lessers, things like that.

I'm an engineer by trade but have been dabling about with web design for a year or so and built a few sites for local companies. I code all my sites by hand, no editors or anything like that, so transferring the files across will be very quick. I can also help with finding a domain and hosting (although I cannot host myself, sorry).

Here is a homepage I knocked up yesterday for my future breeding plans, the links won't work as it's just a homepage, but you get the idea. PM me any offers :)

not being funny or anything mate just some advice,

the website you posted, doesnt look professional in any manner, general aesthetics of the site are poor, such as the validation logo at the bottom etc just ruins the aesthetics

but i do admit though your coding is far cleaner than some other designers ive came across, you just need to improve the visual of things, some inspiration and photoshop will do the trick ;)

Do you think? It was only a quick example to get the point across, a finished example would be a lot more polished. The validation logo is there purely to show it validates, I personally don't use them on my sites, but some people like to have them visible. Like I said, I'm not a pro, which is why my prices are a lot cheaper than anyone elses.

I still think it looks better than the site in your sig :p

i dont specialise in web design, i do web design, graphic design, flash animation and gaming all to a minimum level

im a developer, PHP and MYSQL which is what i specialise in,

even still i am not a full time web designer or developer, i do it in spare time like yourself, why would you need to show that the html validates? expecially with the tacky logo, do you have a portfolio of any kind? which is where you should mention that html will be valid,

what sites have you made?

and everyone to their own opinion about thinking your site looks better than my portfolio, as i said before i specialise in development not design, aslong as potential clients know i can code the PHP/MYSQL they may require then i dont care in the slightest how my portfolio looks....

i agree with this. i've made plenty of websites both through coding and photoshop and i feel some basic photoshop trickery can transform a website into something much more intricate and professional.

i teach a level communication and culture, media and level 3/4 creative and media and web design is a huge element of what i teach. it's amazing what some of my students come up with just with some basic photoshop skills. many of them have been commissioned by real clients (anglian water, northern rail).

i think the website you have made though could be made into something really good, so as you say, it's a quick mock up and as a start it's a good foundation! : victory:
