the tortoise i'd go for but i dont really class any of those as that bad anyway temperament wise.

depends what your opinion of tame is, altough tort may not be aggresive to you it won't become tame like a beardie who will actively look for your company once used to you, and my corns extremely tame but still not in the same way as a beardie...

if I was looking for affection from an animal i'd probably get a cat, a dog, or a bosc.

Our beardies don't cuddle me unfortunatly but my cat and Don do so I think they're better :lol:

Id say the same as Nicky, My cornsnake is crazy so i cant count her lol but Id say for interaction Id always pick a Beardie!
