hi, the digital thermometer i brought only does the room temp and is not accurate enough for me to get the temp of individual area in the tort table. what should i buy that will be sensitive enough for me to do this? also what sort of price am i looking at and where can i buy? advice appreciated thanks

something like that usually works well.

put the probe against what you want to test n it should give you a reading.
