Looks like it has been underwatered and poorly packaged.

Stick it on your windowsill, give it a water and leave it alone for a few days to see if it starts to perk up. However, get in touch with the shop you got it from, and explain your dissatisfaction and that you are giving it a few days to perk up. If it doesn't, let them know you will be requesting a replacement or refund.

As above, keep turning it on the window sill so it starts to lean away from the light and hopefully straighten up.

With a drop of water it might recover well, don't let it sit in water for too long - water it, let the water run through the pot, and then empty the saucer it is sitting in.

I still haven't heard from the company, will contact them again and see if I can speak to someone

I planted them in the terrarium straight away and they don't seem to be loosing any colour or turning brown so hopefully they will perk up but I'm still not happy with them

If you want decent viv plants, I would recommend that you look up MK Horticulturals on facebook. The variety and price of plants are excellent, and they are a vivarium plant specialist.

Hi there, I am not associated with the shop in anyway but I've ordered plants from various specialist people and I've also ordered many times and many things from this company,
I honestly have always had better quality, healthier and more established plants from onlinereptile shop than I have done from others. I've also always found onlinereptileshops plants far more carefully packaged than some other vivarium plant specialists.
I ordered a vriesia the other day and it was humongous, fantastic plant- I have always also found them more than helpful in any problems so maybe just get in touch and see what happened- or as the others say let the plant recover- it's had a hectic 24hrs in the postage system, I'm sure we'd all feel and look the same if we had been in it too!
