Here are the top 5 snakes I'd realisticaly (price and size) like to keep over the next few years, ideally as pairs:

1. Brazilian Rainbow Boa
2. Western Hognose
3. Jungle Carpet Python
4. Rosy Boa
5. Blood Python

Unfortunatly, I'll be needing a bit more space if I'm to get the Pythons, hence the inclusion of some interesting smaller species. Good reason to move though...

Also in consideration are: Dwarf Boa (too expensive), Burmese Python (too big), San Fransisco Garter, Tiawan Beauty, Pine/Bull snake.

What would you have on your list?

1) Guyana Boas
2) Green Tree Pythons
3) Jungle Carpet Pythons
4) Super Tiger Retic
5) Western Hognoses

A set of breeding pairs for each I reckon! :D You could also add a crap load to that in FWC, Normal Burmease, piebald pythons, snow boas....

1 green tree python
2 reticulated python
3 aru or merauke scrub python
4 western hognose
5 emerald tree boa

If i had a DWA licence i'd love to get a western diamondback rattler, eyelash viper, waglers pit and king cobra but that won't be happening for quite a few more years. Probably when i've learnt the power of hypnosis as this will be the only way to persuade my girlfriend
