Hi Everyone,

I'm picking up my first BD no Sunday, and just relised that I have no idea hot to get him from his old home to his new home in the car!!

Suggestions please!!

polly box....with the heater on in the car! how far you travelng?

and some kitchen towel which will help to insulate and protect the little fella from being bumped about ,,,,,

kk well put ina polly box with air holes, and somethign for it to stand on so it doesnt slide around, maybe a tea towl, and put heatingon in the car, dont want it to freeeze!

Well, I brought my cresties home in a plastic tub lined with kitchen paper, a clear lid, and some tiny air holes. i left them on my lap with the cars heater up a bit. They were fine and dandy.

You could also wrap a hot water bottle (not too hot) in a nice soft towel for it to sit on for the journey. That's what I do when I take mine to vet

haha..


do it at night where it'll be expecting a drop in temperature and keep the heaters on, so you don't get cold as well.
