Hi all, This is my first time. Ive got a female beardie who looks to be pregnant and about to lay eggs. She has started to dig frantically, so we have supplied her will a large container filled with soil and vermiculite, which she seems to like; and has dug a nice hole. She is now poking out of it...Thing is the light is going to be going off soon, is this going to be ok, or should we leave it on for a while longer??? Also if we wake in the morning and there are eggs in the hole what could we do for the time being until we get back from work???? Would it be best to leave the box in the viv or remove it?

PLEASE HELP!!! Tomorrow will be the day to get emergency supplies!!!

just tried pming you and have no idea why it aint an option when i click over your name. is today the first time you've seen her dig? have ou got an incubator to put the eggs in or not? if not it doesnt reall matter where they are kept until you come home from work is it? when we didnt have an inc and our beardie conveiniently laid her eggs on a sunday befre bank holiday monday when our pet shop wesnt open to incubate them for us, we kept our eggs in a container with a lid on in the viv until the tues mornin to ensure they didnt get trampled. they still hatched out
