I have one for sale, not your run of the mill, its an ornatus much nicer and very tame,
"Behavior differs between species and even individuals within the same species. Some, Uromastyx acanthinurus and Uromastyx aegypticus, can be very shy, often retreating to a hide spot when someone approaches the cage. Others, Uromastyx ornatus, will often be tame. Individuals differ in their behaviors and you can find exceptions to the above generalizations."
There's quite a few different subspecies of uromastyx, all with slightly different care needs as they grow different sizes and come from different places.
If you want something that stays small I can recommend the Ocellated Uromastyx..
Where can you get them? Try local pet shops or classified ads.
