This wasn't a dig - by the way!! Hope it did't come across as being rude! Just found out why i had no reply anyway! I just spoke to 'viv builder'. There was a new member of staff who wasn't entirely sure of the things i was asking - all resolved now i think. Keep up the good work viv builder! Ben

Ive seen negative threads too but think how many they build and how many satisfied customers there are that DONT post here.

Ive spoken to him before and he sounds like a decent chap!
