Need a PC (or even just the tower) with good specs that can play the Saw and Sims 3 games easily, without jumping etc.

So looking at Quad/Dual core with high RAM

I can get a refurbished (with 1yr wtee) dual core tower at PC world for under £250 so looking at something better (second hand) for around this price

Its just for these games only so not looking at spending alot :lol2:

Any offers? Laptops considered, altho they do tend to be more expensive

dual or quad core wont help when it comes to game playing, only software that has been pre-programmed to utilise multiple processors such as cad/cam, photoshop etc will benefit.

Your best bet is getting as much ram as possible and a higher specced processor such as a 2.5 gigahertz or faster. I could probably sort something out from all my spares but you're a bit far.
