I was woundering how easy would it be to make an old wardrobe into 3 or 4 stacked vivariums. i'm sure people have done it before but was woundering how easy it is, and where to get all the glass from for the front of it.
thanks tom also didn't know which forum to go in :lol2:

hubby turned a wardrobe into a viv when we had a iguana, he turned the wardrobe on it's side, brought some plastic runners from focus (what they have when you want sliding internal doors ) got the a huge sheet of perspex from focus and cut it, the reason we used perspex was because we have kids and didn't want to risk one of them falling against it.
we have brought glass from a glazier company who will cut it for you and bevel the edges so it's not sharp for smaller vivs, then for ventilation at the back and for wires to go through he just drilled aload of holes. did the job just great and looks even better if it's a older wooden type.
