eco earth or top soil. it holds the humidity really well.

I use compressed coconut bark. You have to use water to fluff it out and it helps retain moisture. Plus it is great about being biodegradable and useful for compost if you are into that.

I had this bark stuff in there with him, but i have since taken it out and just have the lizard carpet stuff. Do you think thats ok or should i get some soil stuff for him?

i think you'd be better using soil because if you have a female she'll lay her eggs in it.

just asking due to my missis uses it for the tort at the mo i am using top soil and play sand mix and also bark
