If you dont feed all your wax worms to your lizard and they manage to become silk moths (if you left the pot out of thefridge say....) - can you still feed them to your lizard?

Any thoughts?

I think they're just called wax moths, and they're perfectly fine to feed. Some of my guys love the moths, gives them something different to chase

I give them to my crested gecko too, but not too many, worms moths are fattening!

I feed my moths when they turn to my mantids and arboreal tarantualas, they love them.

They really don't. They are very soft bodied and if they had a high chance of causing impaction then I really don't know what live foods you could feed.

I feed them to my Paroedura species and have fed them to Sphaerodactylus, Gonatodes, etc. in the past without issues. You can't get much smaller than some of them.

I would think an young adult (18 month) Beardie should be alright, though?

There is absolutely nothing to worry about.
