take it to the local vets and ask them to 'dispose' (for lack of a better word) of it. If you didnt know why it died then i would get a post mortem done, and the vets dispose of the body then anyway

Or you could burry it as long as you keep it quiet (im sure i can remember reading something about how we arent meant to burry pets anymore, but dont hold me to it, happy to be proben wrong), wouldnt want to be the person who dug the hole though!

Take to the vets and have cremated, they charge the same as a large dog.

could easly feed a family for a week chop it up bung on the barbie job done

personally when my oldest ones have died i bury them coiled up it usually reguires a 3 x 3 x 4ft deep hole minimum when rosie dies i will be digging for a while obviously if they die prematurly have a pm done but ive been fortunate so far other than one dying egg bound ive only lost one other and she was 24 years old so im guessing it was old age as there were no symptoms of anything whatsoever
