You will need better pics and even then it could be a cross which would make it nearly impossible to tell

the person i may be buying her from said the shop told him shes a coastal so could it possibly a coastal jag?

Jaguar is a coastal morph.

How old is it?

It doesn't look like it's big enough to be pure coastal.
What if it's only a year or so old? I'm not saying it is a coastal, but saying it's not a coastal because it isn't big enough is crazy. You have not been told what age it is.

I didn't say it wasn't a coastal, however it looks older than a yearling and the OP has since confirmed he's been told it's 3 years old.

seeing as it comes from a coastal then... does it still have the potential of growing as big? from what i've read about 7-8 foot?
