Hi just wondering what veg's you can buy from the supermarkets that other people feed there bearded dragons. I'm asking because most of the stuff that the food charts say feed regularly I can't get. Hopefully this will also help new bearded dragon keepers without trailing the web for hours.
I feed mine on rocket,carrots and butternut squash but want to try other stuff

mine loves watercress and rocket, but won't touch butternut squash

he also has spring greens and I've just started giving him sprouting clover and he loves it, which is great because you can do this at home with a sprouter or jar and a pack of clover seeds

I recently picked up a bag of White Python dried food, i'ts mostly flowers and leaves and he has a good rumage through that, its handy to have if you dont have anything fresh in

Chicory, squash, rocket, watercress, carrot, parsnip, peppers, cress; all in moderation and in varied combinations. I also offer dandelion leaves and flowers whenever they're growing, with a bit of fruit, such as banana, grape and apple as an occasional extra.

I grate the squash and carrot on top and mix it in a bit so they pick it up when going for other foods.

Regarding spring greens: I don't offer them to mine, but there are some animals I work with that eat spring greens (torts and beardies). I'd say that most veg is fine as long as it's given in moderation and with a variety of other types.

My Bearded Dragons diet

I feed mine Butternut squash, Kale, Dandelion greens, blackberry, strawberry and blueberries. I buy these containers of mixed greens it's called and he loves that too. Hope this helps!
