Nyoka took her first mouse today... I'm so pleased!! I just wanted to share!!

I must say, I was a little disappointed that she showed little interest in strike feeding, but I put the mousie into her hide and let her find it herself... when I just checked... I have a rather smug looking full snake and a destinct lack of mouse

It was another first today too.... I saw her drinking... :wink:

Ahhhh, the newbie snake-owner is just so easily pleased... :lol:

my snow corn made me jump last night. Completely ignored the pinkie that was dangling infront of it, went past the pink. then as i though of moving the pink, it just spun around and striked. Lol.

God job on feeding your new snake!

My Butter corn ate the day i got him! But the next time I went to feed him he didn't want to eat! So I just put it in front of his hide and he went for it.

I guess it varies between individuals

He is on his third mouse since I have had him and he ate it out of his cage
