The Pangea has all the ingredients your gecko needs hence the name Complete gecko diet. If you feel your gecko needs more calcium you could mix tiny amounts or leave a small dish/bottle top filled with calcium in the vivarium.

MBD is a range of related illnesses/conditions connected to the lack of calcium/usable calcium in their diet, if you are NOT using a UV then the supplements MUST contain D3, or they cant properly use calcium.
Personally i would be more inclined to look at UV lighting (for a variety of reasons) rather than use a D3 supplement but that is your choice to make.
