In a nut shell, no.
It's more the shock of it happening but it's like having a couple of staples stuck in your hand, tiny pin pricks that are very sharp basically. And although it'll probably bleed if you get a good bite it doesn't for very long.

Only if your a wuss.......:Na_Na_Na_Na:

It can sting a bit - maybe I have a really low threshold for pain, but papercuts (which is what a cornsnake bite is like a lot of) sting quite a lot!

Now, bigger snakes - like rainbow boas - with bigger teeth and more striking power, and particularly FEEDING bites as opposed to defensive strikes - those do hurt. And bruise.

Agreed. I had a feeding response bite from a mexican black king, and it darned well hurt! And bruised.

See I've been had by adult corns and a GTP and I though the corn snakes hurt more - didn't actually realise the GTP had broken skin til I rolled up my sleeve a bit later and realised there was a serious amount of blood on it!

But even the corn bites don't hurt as much as [insert mammal of choice here] bites, and believe me I am well qualified to do the comparison!
