I have a 65 day old crested gecko egg incubating at 70-78. I candled it and I can see a fully formed gecko, and its pattern. I did candle it about a week ago and I’ve also noticed that instead of being pinkish it is now more yellow/ clear. I’m assuming that is from the baby absorbing the veins. I know it doesn’t really matter and it’ll hatch when it hatches, but this is my first egg and I’m curious, is it really close to hatching? How long before does a pattern normally develop?
