Hello, I’m about to get 4 Amazon milk frogs, just wondering what the best heat mat and uv are best to get to created the correct climate for them. Ive been told I need a 14w+ heat mat as it’s a glass Vivarium to maintain heat but I know I also have to have a cool side. Hot side being 26 to 30 degree C cool side 21 to 24 degrees C. And I know they need 70% to 80% humidity with peak of 100% occasionally. I’m just wondering how best to achieve all this.

Please don't use a heat mat. They do NOT warm the air other than the air immediately around it. If you need a hot side of 30 then you need either a ceramic heater or a spotlamp. Given that these are tropical I'm guessing they will need heat day and night so you will need either a ceramic bulb or reptile radiator as a heat source. Not a heat mat.

Depending on your finances you may also want to look into a misting system. The alternative will be a decent size pump water spray and spray morning and evening. Using a pressure spray that you can pump will give a much finer, more even spray than a hand spray.
For the UV, a strip light is better than the coiled bulb types. You can now buy them as a self contained ballasted tube, removing the need for a starter unit.
