My next article is complete.

The Natural History and Captive Care of the Horseshoe Whip Snake (Hemorrhois hippocrepis) LINNAEUS 1758

By Francis Cosquieri

33 years ago I came across my first snake in the wild, a large and substantially feisty Horseshoe whip snake in Gibraltar, which after a struggle became my first pet snake. This was the species that ignited the love of snakes in me, and there has not been a year between then and now that I have not kept this species.

Here is a short article I wrote on their natural history and care, with some detail on how I create the fake rock walls this species utilises readily.

Have you ever written one of these about a corn snake?
No, not really. There are so many books and articles available on Corn snakes I never really saw it as something that was needed. Maybe I will whip one up with more focus on their natural history later in the year.
