Bathing a Uromastyx?

I fear that My Uromastyx is impacted as he has'nt pooped for a while, my question is can i bathe him like you would BD, asking as water is something that Uro's are used to would it be o.k. to try and bathe him to get some movement going, also how warm is warm when bathing?

Dont get me wrong im more than happy to take him to the vet but if i can get some movement going in him all the better.

Mmmm.... just checked Urowiki, bathing can potentially cause tail rot, due to water getting in between the spines. Dont want to cause any more issues so off to the vet i think.

When mine was constipation's I gave him a like bathe very quickly and dried him off well, I also gave him a little drop of olive oil on a bit of greens, and a little tummy massage. That got him going, he pooed on the vet as soon as I got him there right on que lol. So I just laugh and said that sorted that
