Crested Gecko: Constantly Flared up in Colour?

My newly bought Crested Gecko seems to be constantly flared up in colour, is this a sign of stress? She seems constantly really colourful, however I'm not sure if she is flared up or if this is typical for her skin-tone.
(She is a Red Crested Gecko).

I've had her since 03/01/12, and tried to handle her quite abit since that time.
Getting her out roughly 5-6 times a day for about 5 minutes at a time.

I'm also worried about how much she is eating.
Since I've bought her back from the Pet Store she has been eating a few finger-dips of Baby Dessert, also eating a Cricket or two. I've also recently swapped her diet to Repashy's Tropical Mix, and am now keeping her on that. (I've also just put some Banana slices and mashed up Banana pieces in her Terrarium today too, in hopes she might try some).

I've been keeping a keen eye on her and as far as I am aware, she has had 3 'toilet breaks' from 03/01/12 to 08/01/12

The Terrarium is heated by two 25W Night Glo Exo terra Bulbs and the Ambient Air temperature reaches between 72-76 Degrees Fahrenheit.

There is plenty of branches, moss and a small tunnel/cave, food and water for her. I also spray the Terrarium several times a day.

How often are you spraying?
Twice a day, everyday.

Where is the terrarium placed (in bright light or dark)
It is not by a window, the Terrariums placement is quite neutral light, not particularly light or dark.

you said you got her in Jan 2012 so have you had her a year, or did you mean 2013
Sorry, I meant 2013.

I get her out for no longer than 3-5 minutes, four to five times, per 24 hours.
But if this is too much, I'll cut back.

I've taken the Banana out, and I'll load up a photo within the next 10 or so minutes.
:)

It's my first Crested Gecko, I'm still learning.

I have however done all other research necessary before I bought her.

Diet, Habitat, Heat, etc.
I just wasn't aware of such handling procedures.

But hey, we all make mistakes, I'm only Human. I'll cut back the time I take her out of the Terrarium from now on.

40 minutes from when I bought her from the shop:
(I know that the shop also got her in especially, so she had spent no longer than 7 hours in one of their Vivs when I had arrived)

Also must apologise for the poor picture quality.

they usually fire up after misting the viv, and in the evening when they are starting to get active.
I presume firing up is healthy from time to time aslong as it is not all the time?
Can you tell if my Crested Gecko is Firing up at all from those pictures?
I'm somewhat a novice at keeping Gecko's still, and here I was thinking I had done all of the research needed. Heh.

I'm not too upset though, as I made sure to do several weeks of research and really have spent alot of time and effort into making sure things are done right before getting her, which I guess is more than can be said for some people.

Oh well, I'm at work for the next several days, so I'll leave her be for a few weeks.
