Neither of those would be anywhere near big enough for a typical adult female Slider, you'll probably need something at least twice the volume of the larger one!

 

On the other thread you talked about getting a custom build?. I think if your going to keep turtles its just easier to buy a fairly large tank, brand new they can be pricey, but if you look on the aquatic forums here, some go fairly cheap, an 8ft one from seaspray went for £120.

a standard 4ft tank will not be big enough for an adult YBS, maybe look at gettnig an 8x2x2 or somthing !

 

Or just build an indoor pond, usually cheaper to do than a massive glass tank, and they can look very attractive.
