I used to keep them, called them crevice creepers, might be worth doing a google on this name, for mine I used to keep them in a terrestrial setup (sand as substrate) with a water bowl and plenty of hiding places, I didn't keep the humidity that high IIRC, temp's around 22-26 deg C, for breeding they need a dry season followed by flooding, they are cool to watch eat, crickets just seem to vanish when they are an inch or so away from the frogs face. I never used lamps for them, just heatpads at the sides of the tank to provide heat.

I'm bad, forgot to add, the sand was kept constantly damp, (which would take care of humidity) I had mine for about 2 years, started with 3, one escaped and turned up months later as a furry corpse, the other 2 I gave away when I went travelling, I never managed to breed them, although I did hear calling on a couple of occasions, (after simulating a dry season followed by flooding), I was never 100% on the sexes though.
