....hi i was checking on my leos last night lifted up the hide and there was a red splater on the side of it so i checked th leos...my male had little red bits around his genital area. i reckon its blood he seems fine. I'm pretty sure they've mated. anyone bring a bit more light to this please????

He could have damaged a hemipene during mating. One of them could have parasites. If they were mine I think I would probably arrange a vet visit. In any case I would separate him from the girls so that you can keep a closer eye on him and if it is a damages hemipene then it would give it a chance to heal. I would use kitchen roll as a substrate for him - or certainly nothing "loose" like sand.

ditto as Jools has said plus is this the male that you've only recently bought? As if it is then I would definately get both him and the female checked especially as he's had no quarentine and if memory serves me right you've recently rehomed/given a pair of really thin leos to a friend

yeah your right I did. he took them to the same vet i'm going to today. vet said they shouldn't have been sold cos there was ovs a problem with them both cos of their size to age. cant remember wot he gave them but my mate siad their doing fine.
wen my frined took them i totally cleaned their viv but the new g
leos aren't in that viv anyway.

right, vet said he has damaged his hemipene, he's on antibiotics for 2 weeks gotta go back next week.
she said he could heal fine or heal but not be able to breed (which tbh i'm not bothered about because he's a great leo and getting big so happy just to have him.) plus he could have already done his duty lol.
he weighs 95g at the mo and getting bigger :)
looks like casanova my be an ironic name lol
