I do not have much space in my house an i would like a reptile that would only eat fruit and veg any ideas . I do not mind about size or pattering but price needs to be sub 100 pounds ( or up to 120 if necessary). Thank you.

How about mourning geckos. You could a nice bioactive enclosure plus the enclosure would be taller rather than wider so it takes up less vertical space.
True herbivorous lizards small enough for that size housing would be very hard to find. The smallest ones I know of are desert iguanas & chuckwallas, both of which grow to a foot or more.
